Genny Williams, also known as The 6 figure coach, is a Real Estate Business Coach and CEO of Get a Real Estate Life, LLC. Genny pushes, pulls and encourages real estate agents to realize their special gifts and talents and turns them into a 6 PLUS figure incomes.
Through her very personalized, one-on-one program, the agents get what they specifically need to enhance their own style and strengths, as well as marketing and branding implementation provided by her team of professionals. Forty percent of her clients double their incomes within the first 12 months of participating in the program, many of those tripling, and even quadrupling their earnings.
Genny grew up in the real estate industry and has spent the past 19 years as a top-producing agent, a team builder, an owner, a managing broker, a certified continuing education instructor and a coach.
She is the author of Build a 6 Figure Real Estate Business, in which she and 15 6-figure agents provide tremendous resources and tips that any agent can duplicate. She has also been featured on ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX affiliates.
She is intensely passionate about helping agents go further than they ever dreamed possible and is often touted as Creating Real Estate Superstars.
Kimberly Bibb is a full-time business coach with Get A Real Estate Life. She was a struggling, mediocre realtor before becoming a coaching client of Genny’s. Ready to give up on her business and feeling like a failure, she made one last call. That one fateful meeting changed the direction of her life! Genny promised to believe in her (before she even believed in herself) and showed her how to run a successful business and, in return, Kimberly promised to be teachable, coachable and trainable.
Kimberly quadrupled her business in the first year of the program and doubled her transactions and income each consecutive year! Kimberly worked with some of the top investment companies in the state and also showed many of her clients how to leverage their incomes with investment properties.
She truly believed that real estate was more about people and less about houses. As a result, she became successful by helping others become successful and ran an almost 100% referral-based business.
She is now the owner and broker at Sweet HomeLife, where she currently has 16 agents. Sweet HomeLife is located in Gardendale, Alabama.
Director of Operations
Sydney Williams is currently Director of Operations with Get a Real Estate Life. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Auburn University in 2011. After college, she worked four years in the property management field where she held various operations and marketing positions.
Her role at Get A Real Estate Life is to streamline our processes to create excellent service for our clients. Sydney was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at the lake, attending Auburn Football games, travelling to see her favorite bands on tour and the ultimate challenge of becoming a better cook!
Public Relations and Promotions Manager
Zac is originally from Jasper, Alabama, and graduated from the University of South Alabama in Mobile in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and concentration in Public Relations. He attended Wallace State Community College prior to moving to Mobile, playing two years for the Lions’ men’s soccer program.
He worked for five-and-a-half years in the Athletic Media Relations office at South Alabama, serving as primary media contact for six NCAA Division I programs.
Joining Get a Real Estate Life in December 2016, Zac supports clients by assisting in writing copy for mailers, creating email campaigns, personal brochures, personal branding packages and producing press releases.

Debbie enjoys the fast-paced atmosphere at Get A Real Estate Life. She is honored to have the title of Blessing Coordinator, because it is her passion to love people and help them recognize they are equipped to be successful.
She supports the team and clients in many different ways, helping streamline the flow of their everyday activities. Her greatest joy in life is her family. She is blessed with an amazing husband, two daughters and two son-in-laws, one son and eight grandchildren. She enjoys cooking for her family, traveling and especially taking beach trips.
Christina Gamble joined Get a Real Estate Life in February 2017 after serving as Project Coordinator for a non-profit organization for nearly eight years, overseeing creative design and marketing in the role. She graduated from Columbia International University (Columbia, S.C.) in May 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Intercultural Studies with an emphasis in Communications (Video Production and Photography).
Christina is originally from Chilton, Wisc., and found her way to Birmingham after stops in Philadelphia, South Carolina and Arkansas. She is married to Nate, and the two have a rescue dog named Penny Lane.
Kayla joined Get a Real Estate Life in May 2017, bringing several years of Marketing experience to a position in which she manages the event calendar and appointments, responding to inquiries, preparing agendas, correspondence and completing special projects.
Kayla is the point of contact for all clients, providing information and guidance as needed. In addition to assisting with event planning, logistics and marketing and editing, Kayla also coordinates with external vendors and printers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Alabama in 2014, Kayla will receive a MBA in International Marketing in December 2017. She is originally from Lester, Ala., and enjoys cooking, traveling and making new friends.
